Lemon Cake, Lemon Filling, Lemon Frosting...I'm Definately Lemon All Over!

I ran out of Lemon pudding so I used the Lemon frosting for the cake for the last layer...looks like a "giant" sandwhich!


Lemon peels add the finishing touch...and wa-la, here is the cake!

  1. Man, your family must *love* you! This cake is totally lemon-licious! I'm sure you've probably made it before but when you run out of frosting, try making lemon curd. There's one on my blog that I've used to make my Raspberry Lemon Trifel that is really, really yummy. I think you'd really like it.
