What a great name - good job Jenny.

I am loving that first cookie - why haven't I ever added rice crispies to cookies? They must make a wonderful crunch. Delicious!

The cookies look so good, which actually surprises me since they are made with oil, not butter. I tried some oil ones once and they were weird little bomb rocks. And cream of tartar--that's different. I'll have to give this one a try sometime! You sure have a lucky family with all your goodies!
