Cute Little Desserts & A Giveaway!

These are so good. I was wanting to bake something but not with a lot of ingredients, this was perfect. With two ingredients and really easy to make - what's not to like?? While I was waiting for them to cool for picture taking, my brothers and sister were asking non-stop..."can we have one"??!! As of now, they are almost all gone. If you need something quick and easy give these a shot!! Giveaway at the bottom...
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Cups(thanks Jenny)

1 box brownie mix 9 x 13 size
1 batch of your favorite cookie dough
Powdered sugar or frosting

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare brownies according to package directions. Pour batter into mini cupcake tins (about 36-40) that have been sprayed generously with cooking spray. Spoon 1 Tablespoon of cookie dough into the center of each filled cupcake tin, gently pressing down into the batter. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until cooked through. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing brownies from tins. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost. Enjoy!
**Instead of using mini cupcake tins, I used the normal size.**
Yummy.
Now, for the giveaway! This is my first ever, so bear with me.:) To qualify, simply tell me your favorite summer olympic sport in the comment section. These look really good and very easy. I spent all weekend in the kitchen working on multiple dishes for a bake sale. Wish I'd seen these before then. Oh well, there's always another bake sale on the horizon. Everyone's looking to raise money this way, now.

These look great! And pretty easy too.

I think that mine would be swimming. But that is just because that is all my oldest son is interested in right now. I like gymnastics too.

I just made four batches of cookies, and muffins, and pizza dough for the matter. Now I'm kicking myself that I didn't read your blog earlier and I could have made these brownie-cookie dough muffins!!!!! My favorite sport is women's gymnastics. I could watch them for hours and loose time in my life, but it only happens ever four summers!

My fave is gymnastics, men and women. These brownie cupcakes look great. Tomorrow I am making chocolate-peanut butter frosted zucchini brownies, but won't get it posted till Friday. They'll be low-fat, but hopefully yummy.

Man, two ingredients. Would could be easier. I heart Michael Phelps, so my favorite event (this year) has been swimming.

My goodness...the blueberry muffins you posted on Sunday look absolutely fabulous!! Hands down, my favorite Olympic sport is women's gymnastics (Go Shawn Johnson!). Thank you for all of the recipes you share; it's always fun to see what's next!

I was about to say figure skating - my all-time favorite event to watch - but then noticed that you said summer event. That would have to be swimming (I'm right up there with Brooke, from a previous comment. It's all about Micheal Phelps this year!)

I saw those brownies on Jenny's blog. They look as good when you did them as when she did them! Now I really have to try this recipe.

well, it looks like I'm a little late :)

My favorite sport is gymnastics. Unfortunately, at almost 6' tall, I was kicked out of gymnastics for being to tall, but that doesn't stop me from still liking to watch it!

Those cupcake/muffins look so yummy! The half-baked, cookie dough/brownie dough ice cream from Ben and Jerry's is my favorite flavor, so I know that I would love these too :)
